Crystalline Glaze
This is a stoneware container with a crystalline glaze. I did lots of trial and errors to get to his result. The crystals are much more visible in person.
Container 1
This piece was hand thrown on the wheel, then I took the scrapings and attached them to the piece and fired with a simple glaze to get a very earthy look.
Raku Container
This container was hand thrown on the wheel with a fitting lid. The piece was then Raku fired. Raku firing is when you heat the ceramics piece until the glaze starts to melt, when this happens you pull the piece out and set it into a container (usually a metal trashcan) with combustible material such as newspaper, sawdust. Then when things are cooled off you can take the container out to get a rainbow of pattern.

The Triplets
This is a reduction print using linoleum. This is a picture of my best friends triplets, they are looking outside as if to escape. just kidding. I found this image very interesting, most photos people focus in on the face and not the backside. I took the photo and broke it down into different shapes to get this interesting image. There is 9 different layers of gray to get this subdued image.
